Acts 1:6-8

So when they had gathered together, they began to ask him, “Lord, is this
the time when you are restoring the kingdom to Israel?”

He told them, “You are not permitted to know the times or periods that the
Father has set by his own authority.
8
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you
will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the
farthest parts of the earth.”

One thought:

Jesus is the King whether people want Him to be or not, our job is to let people know how good this news is.

Three questions:

What do you think the disciples were expecting Jesus to do?

Do you want to be a part of Jesus’ kingdom work?

Ask someone to have coffee/catch up and ask them what think about Jesus.

Prayer:

Praise God that Jesus is the King who lovingly serves His people and leads them to paradise. Give thanks that somebody witnessed to you and made you wise to salvation. Ask God to help you +someone else tell others the good news about Jesus.
